ABOUT USFast-Track Health is a global health organization focused on fast-tracking responses to communicable and non-communicable diseases, and the health impacts of climate change. We are aligned with achieving the health-related UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), Paris Agreement, Pact for the Future, and New Urban Agenda.
Fast-Track Health aims to reduce disease and climate-related morbidity and mortality, improve quality of life, advance health equity, and defend human and civil rights. We deploy innovative, data-driven, equity-based interventions to existing and emerging public health threats.
Our partnerships with governments, international organizations, academia, healthcare providers, private sector entities, and affected communities are critical to driving a holistic approach to health challenges by maximizing the power of collaborative engagement.

Although Fast-Track Health was incorporated as a new global health organization in 2025, we are building upon a 40-year legacy of public health leadership dating back to the 1985 creation of the International Association of Providers of AIDS Care (IAPAC), with whom we share the urgency of sharing the status quo of ill health.
Through its mission as a professional medical association, IAPAC advanced advocacy, capacity building, technical assistance, community engagement, and other activities that have facilitated scaling up equitable access to and optimal utilization of HIV, TB, and viral hepatitis innovations.
Since 2014, IAPAC also played a coordinating role in relation to what has evolved into one of the largest urban health initiatives in public health history. The Fast-Track Cities network is comprised of more than 550 cities and municipalities worldwide.
In taking ownership of IAPAC’s legacy and expanding upon it to advance a broader focus on global public health, Fast-Track Health will build upon a legacy of action by leveraging:
- Knowledge, technical expertise, and best/good practices
- Lessons learned from HIV, TB, and viral hepatitis responses
- Evidence-based, data-informed, equity-focused interventions
- Multisector partnerships reflecting 360-degree engagement
- Multi-stakeholder municipal and national engagement models
- Experience in promoting integrated health and person-centered care
- Expertise in health workforce and system capacity-building
Fast-Track Health embraces the commitment to end AIDS as a public health threat by 2030. We are committed to making new HIV infections exceedingly rare, AIDS-related deaths a thing of the past, and human rights realized for all people, everywhere.
Fast-Track Health will leverage strategies, interventions, and collaborations that achieved transformative HIV, TB, and viral hepatitis outcomes to address other communicable and non-communicable diseases, and the health impacts of climate change.
